Creating Knowledge-Based Articles in Goodwood HubSpot

I demonstrated how to create a knowledge-based article in the Goodwood HubSpot. I explained that the article is for internal use only and is arranged per client. I showed how to navigate to the internal knowledge base, create an article, and select the category. I also demonstrated how to record a Zoom clip for the article and embed the video. Finally, I explained how to publish the article and view it in the category.
