Janes | Weekly Marketing Sequence Report
I demonstrated the process of updating a weekly report for Janes’ sequences, which includes three campaigns: JCP General Website, Machining Awareness, and MRO Awareness. I explained how to copy and modify the previous week’s report, update enrollment dates, and compile data from December 1, 2025 to the most recent end of the week date. I also showed how to format and organize contact information, including opens, clicks, replies, and bounces, and how to create and insert screenshots into the report. Finally, I described the process of sharing the completed report with specific team members via a shared drive and sending them an email.
