Blueprint | Staging TFPN Commentary Email in HS

After Blueprint emails the TFPN Commentary email that they would like staged, you can reference the Stage Email section of this Google Doc (provided by Blueprint) or follow the steps below (these are the exact steps in the Google Doc):

1. Log into Blueprint's HubSpot and go to Emails
2. Clone previous email (e.g., YYYY - MM - TFPN - Monthly Commentary … note: note the Resend)

• • Select “Regular” as email type
  • Update month/year reference in email name
  • Delete “(clone)” from email name
  • Update link in first sentence (even if page isn’t created yet, simply update the month/year reference in the link URL)
  • Replace the visual to select the at a glance image saved in Blueprint\Content and Marketing\Monthly - Quarterly Notes\TFPN
  • You will need to upload the image. Click replace image and upload.
    
  • Update the URL embedded in the image (even if page isn’t created yet, simply update the month/year reference in the link URL)
    
  • Update “Read the full commentary” link beneath image (even if page isn’t created yet, simply update the month/year reference in the link URL)
